System Types We Install

• Wall-mounted split systems — The most common residential solution. Quiet operation, compact design, and straightforward maintenance make these units ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, and home offices.
• Ceiling cassette units — Flush-mounted into suspended ceilings for a clean, unobtrusive appearance. Suited to offices, retail outlets, and restaurants where aesthetics matter.
• Ducted systems — Concealed above the ceiling with cooled air distributed through ducts and diffusers. Perfect for large open-plan spaces requiring uniform temperature control.
• Multi-split configurations — A single outdoor condenser connected to multiple indoor units. Reduces external wall clutter and simplifies installation in properties with limited outdoor space.
• VRV / VRF systems — Variable refrigerant volume technology for commercial buildings. Enables simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones with superior energy management.

Our Installation Process

1. Site survey and load calculation — We measure room dimensions, assess insulation, window orientation, occupancy levels, and heat-generating equipment to determine the precise BTU requirement.

2. System recommendation — Based on the survey findings, we recommend the most suitable brand, model, and configuration. A detailed quotation is presented for approval.

3. Scheduling and preparation — Installation dates are agreed to minimise disruption. Our team arrives with all materials, tools, and protective coverings.

4. Professional fitting — Refrigerant piping is flared and brazed to manufacturer standards, electrical connections are certified, and condensate drainage is routed to prevent future leaks.

5. Commissioning and handover — The system is vacuum-tested, charged, and run through a complete operational cycle. We demonstrate controls to the client and provide warranty documentation.
