Our Journey

DeskPro Climate Solutions was established in 1998 by a small group of refrigeration engineers determined to raise the standard of air conditioning service in Kuala Lumpur. What began as a three-person workshop in Brickfields has grown into a full-service HVAC company with twenty-five qualified engineers, a dedicated customer support team, and an extensive inventory of genuine parts from the world's leading manufacturers.

Over the past two decades, we have completed more than twelve thousand residential and commercial projects — ranging from single-unit repairs in studio apartments to large-scale VRF installations across multi-storey office towers. Each project reinforces our founding commitment: honest assessments, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.

Our Team

DeskPro employs twenty-five full-time engineers, each with a minimum of five years of field experience. Every technician holds a recognised HVAC certification and undergoes annual refresher training with our brand partners. The team is supported by a customer coordination office that manages scheduling, parts procurement, and quality assurance.

Our commission-based performance structure ensures that every engineer is motivated to deliver results that satisfy the client — because repeat business and referrals are the backbone of our growth.

Authorised Brand Partnerships

As an authorised dealer and service provider for Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, York, Toshiba, and Fujitsu, DeskPro has direct access to manufacturer technical support, genuine replacement parts, and exclusive product lines not available through general retail channels.
