What a General Cleaning Covers

• Filter removal and washing — Dust filters are extracted, vacuumed, and rinsed with a mild antibacterial solution. Damaged or degraded filters are replaced on the spot.
• Evaporator coil surface cleaning — The visible surface of the evaporator coil is brushed and wiped to remove light dust accumulation. For heavier buildup, we recommend upgrading to our chemical deep cleaning service.
• Fan barrel dusting — The blower fan is wiped clean to restore balanced rotation and reduce vibration noise.
• Condensate tray and drainage check — The tray is emptied, cleaned, and the drainage outlet is tested for free flow.
• Exterior panel wipe-down — The unit housing and air outlet grille are cleaned for a presentable finish.
• Outdoor unit inspection — A brief visual check of the condenser coil and fan is performed to flag any issues requiring further attention.

Filter Types and Replacement

Most residential split systems use reusable mesh filters that can be washed and reinstalled. However, certain models — particularly those equipped with HEPA or activated carbon filtration — require periodic cartridge replacement.
